The hotel's 24-hour reception ensured that all my needs were met promptly, while the friendly staff, especially Radi, made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and well-heated, creating a cozy retreat after long days on the slopes. Breakfast was a treat with a wide variety of choices and consistently good coffee, making mornings enjoyable and energizing. With a complimentary shuttle to the gondola, the hotel not only enhanced convenience but also offered great value for money, making me eager to return.
